A lot of Shapers are fat, pale-skinned, and very soft and squishy, without muscle tone. One gets muscle tone by exercising, and one quits being all pale by being outdoors. But both of these take energy.
Shaping takes a big burst of energy, because you are channeling it through your body, through your guts, and so when you are shaping, you feel tired. You don't feel like going outside, so you get paler and fatter, and so when you shape, you can channel less energy and you get more tired and you don't want to exercise or do anything, so you get more fat and flabby.
When you choose the Shaper path, find a gym or otherwise set up an exercise program. While Sources need to build white muscle, Shapers need to build red muscle - the big bulky weight lifter muscle. A healthy Shaper should look at bit like a body builder, like a big guy who swings a hammer all day. As long as they are shaping, they need to work out three times a week.
